Instarmac Works Director celebrates four decades of dedicated service

Instarmac Group plc, a leading manufacturer of high-performance cement and bitumen products, is proud to honour the remarkable achievement of its esteemed Works Director, Paul Evans, who has reached an impressive milestone of 40 years of dedicated service.

Paul’s unwavering commitment, exceptional expertise, and steadfast leadership have been instrumental in driving Instarmac’s continued growth and success over the past 40 years.

Throughout his time at Instarmac, Paul has consistently demonstrated a deep passion for innovation, quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring that Instarmac remains at the forefront of the industry.

When reflecting on his career at Instarmac, Paul shared: “I have many proud moments but if I had to choose one it would have to be the move from our Kingsbury office to our state-of-the-art production facility at Dordon. It took 12 months to plan and design the new production facility and then move all of the machinery to its new home. We did three record sales months during that time too – no small feat and something I am really proud of.”

Paul continued: “I have worked on lots of big projects over the years including the installation of our new cement and liquid production line, but my biggest passion is making Instarmac the best it can possibly be and seeing the team develop and grow in their own careers. Instarmac has changed and grown so much over the years, and I am incredibly proud to be part of their success.”

“What Paul doesn’t know about manufacturing, isn’t worth knowing! Paul has shaped the way products in our industry are made and has helped drive innovation to create many of the products Instarmac are known for today. He has been instrumental in designing, building, and running our world class manufacturing site and I am so pleased to share that we have named our factory ‘The Paul Evans Manufacturing Facility’ in honour of his dedication and service.” Lizzie Elston, Managing Director at Instarmac Group plc.
