Instarmac’s Commitment to Giving

Staffordshire based manufacturer, Instarmac Group plc, live by a simple philosophy ‘World Class Business. Local Support’. In the past 2 years, Instarmac employees have raised approximately £10,000 for their sponsored charities and in the last decade have raised approximately £200,000 for local, national and international causes and charities.

Instarmac are extremely proud of the charitable work their employees carry out in their own time and even more since the COVID-19 pandemic. Many staff members have risen to the challenge to become NHS Responder Volunteers to provide support and a friendly voice to members of their local community suffering because of the pandemic.

Some of the fantastic work carried out by Instarmac employees include collecting and delivering medication and food to those isolating or shielding, delivering over 2,000 bottles of water to the hard working staff at Good Hope hospital and HM Prison Onley in Rugby, coaching a community based football team for children and young people who live with ADHD and distributing 50 cases of anti-bacterial spray to local care homes and homeless organisations.

What’s more, Instarmac have also supported charity requests from employees, customers and other local businesses. They have donated time, money and product and, in addition, have donated time at one of their three holiday homes to local families.

Most recently, Instarmac have been supporting the ‘Young Minds’ charity who work to promote good mental health amongst children and young people and have donated 48 boxes of food, toiletries and other essentials to Tamworth Food Bank.

Every year, Instarmac support a primary list of charities including, We Are All Making A Difference, Macmillan Cancer Support, Red Nose Day, Children In Need, The Royal British Legion and Marie Curie. Fundraising initiatives include dress down days, cake sales and tombola’s, red noses and badges and staff fundraising.

These are just some of the many ways Instarmac give back to their local community and charities. For further information on Instarmac’s commitment to giving, please download a copy of their Environmental and Social Responsibility Report.
