UltraTile supports Tiling Community with Charity Campaign

As part of their promise to support the tiling industry and give back to local communities, UltraTile have once again joined forces with Facebook group, Tilers Community, to give members the chance to win a donation to their chosen charity.

To coincide with National Charity Day, on 14th September 2023, UltraTile launched their ‘Giving Back To Our Community’ campaign, where members of the Tilers Community group could nominate a local charity to win a £3,000, £2,000 or £1,000 donation.

The three lucky winners were announced live by Tilers Community founder, Sam Hoffman, and UltraTile are delighted to confirm that Reach Mentoring, Mind Suffolk and Blend Youth Project were the three charities in receipt of a donation.

Winning the top prize of £3,000, and nominated by Paul Kissick, was Reach Mentoring. The Armagh-based charity works with young people for a wide variety of reasons: self-worth, behavioural issues, anxiety and difficult life circumstances.

Nominated by Michael Ince, Mind Suffolk received a £2,000 donation – a sum which could fully fund 36 counselling sessions. Mind Suffolk works across the mental health continuum, from wellbeing to severe and enduring mental-ill health, providing support and information to everyone.

Winning the final prize of £1,000 was Blend Youth Project. Nominated by Tim Rogers, Blend Youth Project provides a range of youth work activities and support services for young people, which are designed to not only create safe spaces for young people, but also provide valuable signposting and support.

UltraTile were delighted with the response from the Tilers Community Facebook group and are proud to be working in partnership with them for such an important cause.
