Instarmac are committed to making a positive and lasting contribution to their local community. They have taken a proactive and committed approach to increasing the representation of local people in their workforce, and currently 40% of staff live within a 15 mile radius of their Tamworth office.

What’s more, Instarmac also operate a ‘Refer a Friend’ policy, which is opening doors to more local people and are engaging with local businesses, schools and charities as part of their Positive Steps wellbeing programme.

Supporting local charities and sports clubs is always something Instarmac have prided themselves on. Recent charity initiatives include donating over 48 boxes of food, toiletries and other essentials to Tamworth Food Bank, encouraging and supporting employees who have become NHS Volunteer Responders during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as donating time at one of their three holiday homes to local families.

And the local support doesn’t end there! Instarmac Group plc are proud to sponsor a number of local athletes and sports teams. Since 2021, Instarmac have partnered with Chasetown Football Club and Birmingham BMX – a community based sports club with a vision to encourage more people to participate in the Olympic sport of BMX. In 2022, Instarmac were delighted to announce that Sam Broadhurst, up and coming, Nuneaton-based golfer, had also joined the Instarmac family.
