Flow Fix

Flow Fix has been specially developed for repairing and filling cracks in asphalt substrates and sealing joints between reinstatement materials and the existing road.

Our fast curing system allows road closure times to be kept to a minimum, reducing disruption and allowing your team to get the job done quicker.

Flow Fix is simple to use thanks to its cold laying system, meaning no heating or specialist equipment is required. This is ideal for carrying out overbanding work quickly and efficiently, extending the lifespan of asphalt without the hassle.

Before applying Flow Fix, it is important to make sure the area receiving application is dry and free from debris and surface contamination.

How to mix Flow Fix flowable asphalt repair To mix, add the total contents of the powder sachet to the liquid drum, then stir for one minute* or until a uniform consistency of the mixture is obtained. The minute of stirring time begins after the mixture is added and you first start to stir the mixture. Open time starts from the moment you start to mix the two components.

*If the ambient temperature is warmer than average, mixing time may be shorter.

When stored in unopened containers under instructed conditions, Flow Fix flowable asphalt repair material has a minimum shelf life of 12 months.

When transported and stored, you may find that the material shows a tendency to sediment. If this occurs, simply stir the material until it is homogenous. Once returned to its original state, the product is ready for use.

Appropriate PPE must be used when applying UltraCrete Flow Fix flowable asphalt repair material, including gloves, goggles and skin coverings.

After using the material, thoroughly wash hands to prevent contamination of food and store the product safely away out the reach of children and animals.
