What information do we collect?

When you submit details from our survey/comments/feedback/complaints/enquiries form we collect your name, business name, email address, and postal address and contact information. When you contact us by email we collect your email address.

On our websites we use the HubSpot marketing automation software.  Hubspot is an integrated software solution by which we cover different aspects of our digital marketing, sales and customer relation management. We use Hubspot to record users who contacting us using the contact form, subscribing to the newsletter, sending the newsletter and social media linking and/or social media sharing.

We use the Hubspot tool for analytical purposes of our web offer in order to optimise it and to offer you the best possible and user-friendly service.
